The Service is currently offered as a beta. It is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may contain bugs, errors, or interruptions. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

4. Listing Data Accuracy

Listing information (prices, mileage, availability, condition, photos, location, deal scores, and similar data) is sourced from third parties and may be incomplete, outdated, mis-categorized, or inaccurate. Deal scores and similar derived metrics are estimates for convenience only and are not an appraisal or financial advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any listing — including the vehicle, seller, price, title status, and condition — directly with the source and seller before taking any action. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a seller.

5. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Resell, redistribute, or scrape the Service or its data without our written permission;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;

7. Subscriptions & Billing

The Service is currently free during beta. Paid subscription tiers may be introduced in the future; if so, pricing, billing cadence, and refund terms will be presented to you before any charge, and continued use after that point constitutes acceptance of those terms. We will give reasonable notice before charging existing accounts.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or vehicles or purchase opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including any reliance on listing data or notifications, or any missed, delayed, or erroneous alert. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or USD $50.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings, which removes your account, watches, and alert history. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the version and effective date above and may ask you to re-accept. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law
